How Big is a Sisters Cookie?
Our Classic and Gluten-free cookies are a substantial 3 oz! As all of our cookies are made by hand, slight variations in shape and weight should be expected. Little Sisters cookies (1.5 oz) can be made to order for large events and celebrations. Please see our FAQ on Wholesale & Custom Orders below for more information.
Care & Storage
To maintain the freshest cookies possible, we offer the following suggestions:
If you don’t consume the cookies immediately, freeze them in a freezer bag.
The cookies can be re-frozen twice before they start to lose their moistness.
To defrost, leave the cookies out of the freezer in a plastic bag for one to two hours.
DO NOT put cookies in a cooler or a refrigerator.
To maintain their freshness after thawing, place cookies in jars with a piece of white bread to regulate humidity and help optimize freshness. Wrapping the cookies in plastic wrap may help to increase shelf life slightly.
Allergen Information
Our cookies are made in a bakery that processes milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans. Even though we strive to protect our products from cross-contamination during mixing, baking, storing, and packaging, there is always a possibility of contamination. If you are allergic to any of the aforementioned ingredients, we advise you NOT to consume our products.
Shipping Information
To ensure freshness, we ship Monday - Thursday until noon. If you place your order after 9:00 am PST on Thursday, your order will be shipped on Monday (with the exception of National Holidays).
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-3 business days to arrive in the 48 contiguous United States and between 4-5 business days for Alaska or Hawaii.
APO/FPO Military Mail: Normal delivery time for soldiers stationed overseas is 7-15 days (on average). However, we cannot track the package once it enters the U.S. Military Mail system. These orders are shipped at the customer’s own risk.
Our Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you or the receiver of your gift is unhappy with our cookies, we stand behind our promise to replace the package at no charge or we’ll return your money.
Please understand that we cannot be responsible for the following: insufficient or incorrect addresses, packages that are left at the address by the mail carrier, notices left by the carrier for re-delivery, or students who do not pick up their mail in a timely fashion.
Cancellation Policy
As long as we have not shipped your package, you can cancel your order at any time. LOCAL DELIVERY CHARGES APPLY.
